What this request covers
These instructions apply to ByAds Paused Test and related local test records operated by 广州保贺发科技有限公司 (Guangzhou Baohefa Technology Co., Ltd.). You may request deletion of data under our control relating to you or a business account you are authorized to manage.
Requests are handled manually by email. This page provides instructions; it is not an automated deletion endpoint and visiting it does not delete data.
Step 1: revoke future access
To stop future access, find ByAds Paused Test in Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, or Business integrations, and review and remove its authorization. The location may vary by account and interface version.
You can start at Facebook Apps and websites settings. Revoking access and deleting previously saved data are separate actions; continue with the email request below.
Step 2: email your deletion request
Email tarren@mybuildinglist.com with the suggested subject ByAds Data Deletion Request.
- A reply email address and the name or business name used for authorization.
- A useful identifier, such as your Facebook profile link, app-scoped user ID, or an ad-account/business-asset ID you are authorized to manage. You do not need to provide all of these.
- The requested scope, such as authorization records, account-query results, test exports or support correspondence.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, access tokens or complete identity documents. If more information is needed, we will ask only for information necessary and proportionate to checking the request.
Processing and status
- Check your identity and authority over the relevant account, and locate the records and requested scope.
- Stop using the associated authorization and manually handle user/authorization records, client credentials, identifiable exports, log entries and verification materials under our control.
- Reply in the same email thread with the completed scope, or explain missing information, remaining work and specific reasons for any necessary retention.
Reply to the same thread to ask for progress. If no corresponding data was stored or it no longer exists, we will say so. There is no automated deletion-status portal at present. Receipt of an email, signing out or restarting the service is not proof that all data has been deleted.
Scope and limits
This request does not automatically delete ads, ad sets, Pages, creative assets or business accounts held by Meta. Those objects remain under the account owner’s control on Meta; pausing or deleting ads requires separate authorization.
For data independently held by a platform, yourself or another authorized person, contact the respective holder. We will check the copies under our control and explain the scope and reason for any legally required retention.
